    im trying to download halo legends from the xbox marketplace to the xbox and i keep getting a purchase error ...any idea as to why?

    Maybe they were having server errors? It's best to try again today.

    people dont realize that usually support from big companies over the phone is free. Or if you PAY for a service the support is free.
